This policy explains what information Reach Media & Design LLC (“Reach”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use reachmediaanddesign.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain English on purpose.

Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us. When you request a proposal, book a call, apply to be a partner, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you type into those forms: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and whatever you tell us about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server logs record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the site that referred you. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

Cookies. We use cookies for basic site functionality and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some things may be less convenient.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, schedule and hold meetings, deliver the services you hire us for, send invoices, and, if you've opted in, send you our newsletter.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business, and your information passes through them only so they can provide that service to us:

• Nexcess — website hosting
• Gravity Forms — the forms on this site
• Brevo — email delivery and our newsletter list
• Dubsado — scheduling, proposals, and client management
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console — website traffic and search performance

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't become projects are kept for two years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is what tax and recordkeeping rules call for. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

We handle those requests the same way for everyone who asks, wherever you live. You don't need to tell us which law you're asking under, and we won't ask you to prove you qualify for one.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

We use SSL encryption, managed hosting with firewalls and malware scanning, and limited access to client data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on this page.
